How do I view and/or purchase donor information online?

In order to view donor information I download from the website, do I need any specific programs?
All of our written donor information is in HTML format therefore you just need a web browser to view information. To listen to audio interviews you will need an audio player such as Windows Media Player, Real Player, or QuickTime. How do I view the donor information that I purchased or put into my shopping cart?
After completing the necessary purchasing steps above, you will be brought to a screen verifying your billing and payment information. You will see a button that says 'Confirm and Complete Order'. Click on that button, and you will see hyperlinks taking you to the items you purchased. When returning to the website you are able to view your order history by logging in with your email address and password you selected during your first online order. To view your order history, go to the donor search engine and click the button that says 'Sign In'. After signing in, you will see Order History in the top right hand corner.
What does it mean when it says 'Please Call' for availability?
If it says, "please call" when attempting to purchase donor semen, it means that there are less than twenty vials available (which is considered a limited supply) and you should call to verify the current availability of the donor. Will I get and order confirmation?
You have a choice of an e-mail or phone confirmation for donor sperm orders. At what point can I cancel my sperm order?
You must cancel your order at least one business day before your shipment date to avoid a $100 restocking fee. What happens if I accidentally duplicate an order?
Contact Client Services immediately after you notice that you duplicated an order. We will then attempt to void one of the orders. How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?
If you chose to delete one item from your cart and leave the rest: under "quantity," change the number to "0" and click on 'Update Total'. Once you click on 'Update Total', the item will be automatically removed from your cart. I forgot my password. How can I retrieve it?

This varies based on the speed and type of connection your computer has with the internet. Dial up service takes much longer than DSL or cable connections. Often at the onset of the download, a time for the download is estimated on your computer screen. On the faster connection, the download takes a few moments, on the slower connection it can take up to 1/2 hour. What are the shipping methods for donor sperm?
If you live in the local Minneapolis/St. Paul area, your specimen will be shipping via local courier and will arrive the day after your order is placed online (unless you place an order on a Friday then it will arrive on Monday). If you do not live in the local Minneapolis/St. Paul area, your specimen will be shipping using FedEx. Click here to view our fees. If you elect to ship next business day delivery, your specimen will arrive at your doctor's office between the hours of 8am-12:30pm (Priority overnight delivery) or 8am-5pm (Standard overnight delivery). Donor information ordered online is available only online. If you wish to order donor information that is printed and mailed to you (for a fee), please call our Client Services at 800-466-2796. How safe is it to order online?
CLI uses Microsoft's Internet Information Server which encrypts data from your browser to our server. If you are using a browser that supports the transmission of encrypted information across the Internet, you will be able to use our secure order forms. This means that all personal information submitted via our secure forms will not be readable by anyone attempting to intercept the transmission. This ensures your security and privacy. What happens to my credit card number?
If you enter your credit card number in our secure order form, you can be assured that it is safe. Your credit card information is not kept on our Web server. Your information is placed in a database system and after we process the order, your credit card information is automatically deleted from our Web server. What do you do with my personal information?
We use it only to process your order. Your name, credit card information, and billing address are required. The credit card companies want to make sure that only the owner is using the card, so they may not approve purchases where the information doesn't match.
CLI is very concerned with your privacy and will not sell or rent your name to anyone.
