I got pregnant on the 3rd try with this donor and his count was low, only 5.6 million. So it may take a few tries, but just be patient and have faith. Keep me posted on your progress!

Congratulations on your pregnancy! Keep us posted on how things are going!

Artist - I am taking the clomid, the doc wants to try that 3 times (hopefully it doesn't take that many) then if I don't get pregnant then I"ll have to do that test to check my tubes. I have been putting that off because of the cost. Are you still doing this on your own or do you have a partner?

I'm still doing it on my own...I was involved with someone at the beginning about 2 months prior to my first consultation back in october but she got nervous at the thought of me having a baby...long story short, she's still around but I don't count her as being any form of real support. What about you? Have you met anyone since starting this journey?

I haven't met anybody worth mentioning, not relationship material. A lot of people our age are still into hanging at the bars every night getting wasted, they don't work and have nothing going for them. I refuse to just settle like so many do because they can't find someone they really want to be with. I live in Davenport, IA not a big lesbian population.
